NEWS: EA Sports add Internationals to FIFA 13 Career Mode

Prepare for your FIFA 13 career to go international as EA Sports are expanding the game's Career Mode so fans can "compete for club and country" if they so wish; play for or manage them.

They include "friendlies, qualifiers and major international tournaments." Fill the shoes of a manager or "prove yourself at the club level" as a player and earn a call to represent your nation.

EA also talk up the "new Transfer logic" that dictates what a player is worth when trading them between clubs, which now also feature counter offers.

"Play as manager and secure an offer to coach any national team, with bigger decisions and more pressure. Compete as a player and prove yourself at the club level to attract national team attention and the call to play for your country," tease EA Sports. The studio announced the new addition to Career Mode via twitter.

"At the club level, new Transfer logic adds a multitude of new factors that shape a player?s true market value. Form, performance, and morale influence a player?s base value to begin negotiations that now include counter offers, player and cash transactions, and squad roles. Player loans, Board interactions and mid-season manager firings add to the drama. Plus, unlock new features like Edit Player or Rematch in the EA SPORTS Football Club Catalogue."

FIFA 13 releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC September 25th, 28th in EU.
